We’re dedicated to solving all your computer problems quickly while providing excellent customer service.
Our technicians are available by appointment from 8am till 10pm seven days a week. We offer extended hours to trusted clients in case of emergency.
We can either help you over the phone or meet you at a convenient location to transport your computer to our site, and keep you up-to-date on its status.
How much do you charge? Our normal rate is $60 per hour for support, plus $30 an hour for travel time if your location is more than 20 minutes from Olympia. Our minimum charge is $30 for up to a half hour of support. The first 15 minutes of phone support are complementary. Be sure to check our website for any specials that may apply.
What is your service area? Most clients are in Thurston County, but we help clients in Pierce, Lewis and Mason Counties. (See previous question for travel charges.)
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks and credit cards through Paypal[link to Paypal]. We also accept payment in services on a case-by- case basis.
Sound Computer Support is fully licensed with the State of Washington.
